More than twenty walkers joined Pault T for today's half-day ramble in the National Forest. We parked at the Jackson's Bank car park and picnic site between Hoar Cross and Newchurch, and walked along woodland paths, fields and quiet lanes. While we encountered many stiles along the route, the weather was kind and the terrain was mostly flat. After the walk we enjoyed drinks at the Swan PH where we gathered indoors to avoid a brief rain shower.
Thank you Paul for leading a fulfilling walk.
