On a sunny morning 27 ramblers turned up for Brian W's walk from a roadside layby near Ashcombe Park. We made our way to Basford Bridge and stopped for a break on high ground overlooking Cheddleton before making our way to Crown Point, Shaffalong and Big Susans Wood and then back to the cars. Afterwards, quite a few of us went to the Powys Arms for a well earned drink.
