Today, twelve ramblers joined Alan R for a half-day walk from Hartington. Despite being confronted by a spell of heavy rain and wind, we made our way to Pilsbury and then on to Sheen where the sun made a welcome reappearance and stayed with us for the rest of the walk. After we returned to our cars, some of us made our way to the Greyhound Inn at Warslow for a refreshing drink.
