Today, Bill M led sixteen ramblers on a very pleasant walk from Alsager to Audley and back across many grassy fields with very little mud. Well done Bill !
During the walk Bill mentioned that we would be passing stiles that had been repaired by Tony A and his team with the first picture showing a new stile with a Stoke/Newcastle disc on the cross frame and the other photograph being what we believe to be Tony's last repair work; yet another lasting reminder of his dedication to Stoke/Newcastle Ramblers and the footpaths in his local area.
