B group walking weekend on the Isle of Wight
Walks will be available on the Saturday and Sunday - choice of walks and evening plans to be confirmed
The weekend will be based at Ryde on the Isle of Wight with good travel links
There is a mixture of accommodation at Ryde, from AirB&B, self catering, B&Bs and hotels
When booking accommodation book somewhere that will be accessible for getting into Ryde at the start times (if in B&B check breakfast times too)
Getting there - a direct service from Bristol Temple Meads to Portsmouth Harbour (hourly) links with the passenger (only) ferry and then a walk or train ride from Ryde Pier Head. (through tickets should be available)
On the weekend we will use a mixture of trains and/or buses with start times of around 0900/0930
Some may want to extend their stay before or after
