As I drove through Ecclesall the roads were just passable due to the recent heavy rain. Nevertheless, sixteen of us arrived at the Star Inn, Copmere as the rain stopped. We followed muddy fields towards Walk Mill and navigatied a flooded lane towards Jackson's Coppice. We then made our way to Offley Brook, Offley Rock and Offley Hay before returning to the Star Inn for welcome refreshment including lovely cake.
