Today we had no fewer than 45 eager Ramblers ready to join Brian W for his figure of eight walk. We made our way through Park Hall country park heading towards Hulme with fine views over Stoke on Trent. Then, making our way towards the fringes of Bentilee ,we walked through the old golf course and back through
Hulme Quarry Nature Reserve. We had lunch at a cafe at Bolton Gate Park and, after the break, about 10 of us joined Brian to complete the remaining 2.5 miles.
